If you've never tried one of our delicious, pasture-raised chickens, you're missing out! Our birds are supplemented with locally milled, non-GMO grains and are moved daily to fresh grass, never receiving any medications or vaccinations. All of our poultry are humanely and sustainably raised, processed, and packaged on our farm in Fluvanna County.
Studies show the nutritional value of meat from pastured poultry that consume grass and forage is higher than meat from conventionally-raised birds. Less saturated fat, more heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats and higher levels of protein, collagen and vitamin E. You are what you eat, so choose wisely. :)
